Greenways Connect the Region

Great Rivers Greenway is your regional public agency. We were created by a vote of the people and are honored to work with hundreds of partners (listening to your local expertise and feedback!) to deliver on the community’s vision for a vibrant region connected with greenway trails. There are 20+ greenway projects going throughout the 120 towns we serve at any given time, all in various stages of planning, design and construction throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County:

Community development corporation will serve Covenant Blu-Grand Center, Jeff-Vander-Lou and St. Louis Place neighborhoods along the Brickline Greenway.
Project Highlight: Unger Park Overhaul Along Meramec Greenway

St. Louis County's Unger Park is getting a makeover, rerouting the Meramec Greenway away from floodplain and offering new amenities!
Project Highlight: Baltic Creek Greenway In Early Planning

Newly-named greenway in St. Charles County will connect Legacy Park and the Dardenne Greenway to the Katy Trail State Park.
